Qualifications
 
  • 4+ year of experience in social media, digital media sales, digital project management or marketing.
 
  • Experience in a media agency is a huge plus
 
  • Strong understanding on influencer and content marketing
 
  • Advanced level of English skills
 
  • Experience on Microsoft Office
 
  • Excellent understanding of social platforms publishing tools, dynamics, rules & regulations and moderation approaches is a plus
 
  • Experience with a social management system/tool is a plus
 
  • Experience with an asset management and calendar software is a plus
 
  • A strong communicator between vendors, brand teams and the client
 
  • Eager to work in a fast paced environment
 
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Planning and executing digital centric 360 content campaigns in line with brands’ briefs and business objectives.
 
  • Working closely with brand teams to facilitate briefing sessions and lead vendor communication processes.
 
  • In charge of creative idea as well as strategic approach development.
 
 
  • Organizing and managing sponsorships and activations in line with brands’ marketing and communication plans.
 
  • Preparing reports for the management as well as clients, showing results for KPI tracking (ROI).
 
  • Managing collaborations with opinion leaders/influencers for online advocacy, monitoring the process and reporting their effectiveness.
 
  • Responsible for timely preparation of monthly content calendars based on brand social KPIs and strategy, social listening insights, consumer agenda and commercial calendar.
 
  • Coordinates internal strategy, creative and media teams for seamless operations in content creation, publishing and promoting.
 
  • Responsible for content publishing, moderation, responding and proactive responding. Conducting periodic account health checks across all brands and platforms.
 
  • Ensures communication alignment with brands’ social playbooks.
 
  • Carry out informed and extensive research into clients, their brands, their competitors, and the industries in which we operate to inform our pitch process and enable client growth.
 
  • Have a finger on the pulse of market trends within social and influencer marketing and will actively explore and identify latest trends in key relevant categories
