Over the coming years we plan on redefining the Customer experience (CX) on Owned Media landscape in the Nordics by tapping into current industry trends and opportunities and establish GroupM as the place to be if you’re looking for an exciting career within CX or the broader category of Owned Media.

In this role you’ll be a part of GroupM Nordic team and exposed to clients in different industries with different marketing challenges to tackle with.  

Your main tasks/responsibilities  

  • Support the CX/Owned Media team leads, domain experts and clients with all areas of customer digital experience (CX) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on site and digital mobile apps, and Search strategy. 
  • Support, manage and plan website projects, Customer experience (CX) and CRO programs, implementation, and optimizations, facilitating workshops across functions including but not limited to development, content, UX, and SEO with demonstrable results for clients. 
  • Contribution to commercial growth for the CX/Owned Media team
  • Support the Owned Media team with the ongoing development and automation of our offering 

 Qualifications needed to succeed in the role 

  • Prior experience within CRO or UX, user testing and analysis on website/mobile apps, and e-commerce required 
  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms a strong bonus 
  • Experience running cross-functional workshops and projects  
  • Agency/consulting background and client facing roles preferred  
  • Curious and passionate about continuous development  
  • Flexible while comfortable with taking initiatives and driving change 
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder communication and negotiation skills 
  • Excellent commercial acumen 
  • Competence within CRO, UX, Web development, SEO, Web analytics and digital operating model a bonus
 

It’s very meritorious to have experience within systems and tools such as: Hotjar, Contentsquare, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytic, Google Optimize, Optimizely or other user experience analytic and experimental tools. 

Fine print 

This is a full-time role which equates to: 

  • 37.5 hours per week 
  • 30 hours per week for 10 weeks over summer 
  • 6 weeks of vacation per year 
  • Market-based pension plan 
  • 3,000 kr/year wellness allowance and free access to a gym at the office 
  • Conferences (including our own event NextM), kick-offs and other events 
  • Centrally located offices on Birger Jarlsgatan 
  • This role reports to Head of Owned Media CX & Tech
