Operations Manager adidas Emerging Markets hub
The Client
Adidas, recognised as an iconic brand with a rich heritage in sports and culture, partners with Mediacom on a global scale. This extensive reach is strategically managed through a robust account structure, featuring a global leadership team supported by dedicated regional hub teams.

Responsibilities of the Role
Market Coordination:
- Support multiple market clusters in the adidas Emerging Markets region, acting as a regional key point of contact for media activities. The Emerging Markets region includes Southeast Asia, Pacific, India, Turkey, Israel, the Middle East, and South Africa.
- Support the Regional Account Lead with various activities across the region
- Assist in ensuring that local activations align with the strategy created by the adidas worldwide and regional team
Operational Support:
- Address operational challenges within the region, ensuring teams are on track and supporting commercial and scope oversight of markets.
- Ensure alignment across different teams and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Identify blockers and improve ways of working and processes
Project Coordination:
- Assist Emerging Markets Regional Account Director with specific requests and keep them informed about ongoing projects and key issues.
- Resolve operational challenges that arise, ensuring smooth operations and strategy implementation.

Implementation Excellence:
Media Planning, Buying, and Reporting:
- Have a strong understanding of Media Planning, Buying, and Reporting across the clusters.
- Support the enforcement of best practices across Planning, Buying, and Reporting for offline/online media.
- Assist in coaching and mentoring the implementational managers in clusters, ensuring adherence to best practices and adidas ways of working.
- Collaborate with the brand director, performance director, and measurement AD as required.

- Experience in campaign planning & implementation.
- Solid understanding of offline and online media
- Knowledge around reporting
- Proven management experience in teams of planners & buyers across offline and online media.
- Strong organizational and operational skills.
- Fluent English is a must
Experience:
- Experience in campaign planning & implementation.
- Proven management coordination in teams of planners & buyers across offline and online media.
- Experience with invoicing and payment processes
- Experience with Brand lift studies and research is a plus
- Multi-Market coordination experience is a plus
- Experience using project management tools and media planning & buying tools is a plus
