Digital Cross Channel Planner
Job role
Media planning and coordination of campaign activation, focusing on digital biddable media and direct buys. Managing day to day client operations: documents required for delivery of digital campaigns, client invoicing, producing weekly/monthly/campaign reports.
Success is measured by meeting all required deadlines, accuracy of deliverables, client satisfaction survey, efficient communication with client staff.
Your responsibilities:
Operations:
- Campaign Planning: Creation of detailed digital media plans per client category/brands, defining KPIs per each channel and line item, proposal of audience targeting and campaign tactics
- Campaign Activation: Preparation of detailed briefing materials for dedicated campaign activation teams, campaign QA setup process, tracking of budget pacing, preparation of creative production specifications for creative agencies, coordination of creative delivery to media vendors and activation teams
- Campaign Reporting: produce competitive reports, campaign weekly/monthly or other predefined reports for agency and client
Business
- Compliance: adhere to WPP and GroupM standards and specific procedures
- Billing: execute established billing process for their clients
People
- Performance management: set and achieve goals; give, receive and act upon feedback
- Development: develop by learning and sharing knowledg
Your qualifications:
- Ability to work in English
- A strong desire for a professional development in digital advertising
- Hands-on experience with biddable advertising platforms, with a focus on Paid Social and Programmatic Display/Video
- Experience with creation of media plans / sound understanding of digital KPIs
- Previous working experience in agencies and on similar roles is a plus
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a team player mentality
- A thirst to learn
