We’re looking for a smart, numbers-driven, and friendly individual to join our ever-growing team. This is a mid level position for a native Italian speaking Account Manager to join an award-winning affiliate team.

 

You will get to work across multiple brand names under the guidance of some of the smartest people working in digital, with a great foundation of media knowledge that will serve you for the rest of your career.

 

You will need to have very good understanding of media and advertising, as well as the value the affiliate channel can bring to a client’s business. We are looking for a native Italian speaker who takes pride in the work, has a proven background in affiliate and is strategically minded. This will be a rewarding but intellectually challenging environment, so sound knowledge in the channel is a must. A degree is preferable, but not a prerequisite.

Working within the affiliate team, the successful candidate will be an integral part to achieving client goals by developing and optimizing performance partner relationships, using the data and reports available to them.

  • Able to communicate effectively, and work as part of a team
  • Experience using PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel (e.g. Creating and formatting presentations, sorting and filtering data, creating graphs and tables)
  • A can-do attitude, a self-starter with a desire to grow and ambition to achieve are KEY
  • Committed to deliver high levels of service within appropriate time frames
  • Takes ownership and accountability of their work
  • Strong ability to prioritise requests in line with business objectives

 

Your Experience

2+ Years Media Agency / Network Experience with affiliate program management, methods and tools

 

You’ll work within a team of 20+ specialists spanning multiple accounts and industry verticals.

 

The kind of work you’ll be doing will vary day-to-day, but will include:

  • Planning and executing strategic media buying
  • Identifying and pursuing innovative opportunities & partnerships
  • Assisting with team leaderships and setting good practice
  • Overseeing reporting and trafficking
  • Presenting deep and thoughtful insight in client meetings
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy of bookings and billings
