Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute digital media projects for our clients!

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you have a chance to work with our domestic and international clients on digital media campaigns. You will have a crucial role in project delivery as well as in client communication. You will act as a digital lead, coordinating and leading the work of the project team and ensuring the success of the campaign. Your work includes executing activities according to client briefs, briefing internal stakeholders, digital planning, executing, and reporting of the campaigns together with the team. As a senior level specialist, you are also able to develop both internal and client related processes and participate in upselling by innovating new sales opportunities.

You may be the person we are looking for if you…

  • Have at least 4 years of experience in digital media planning and executing campaigns on multiple channels
  • Have experience working in digital media or marketing agency
  • Have some experience in social media and some technical understanding of ad servers, DSPs, DMPs or other marketing platforms
  • Are a great team player who loves to work with various clients as well as partner agencies
  • Are eager to learn about clients’ business to better understand how to create lasting value
  • Have experience or understanding of programmatic buying (this is seen as a big plus)
  • Have an analytical way of working and an eye for detail
  • Are eager to grow and develop as a digital media professional
  • Have fluent oral and written English language skills. At least moderate level of Finnish is required.

Please note that you don’t have to be a rockstar in every area - we are more than happy to receive your application even though all these criterias wouldn’t match with your background. You’ll have an opportunity to learn and develop in the position.
