In Wavemaker – Content we're looking for a data and analysis expert who will join our team of Content Analysis. 

The ideal candidate has a strong content analysis mindset, he/she has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a social media or digital agency, and he/she is able to combine data skills, measurement expertise, insights generation.

As Content Analyst, the person will report to the Head of Content Analysis with a direct responsibility of specific projects, but also the front face that will support strategic clients and internal stakeholders with best practices, points of view and recommendations, transforming data into insights. 

This person will actively support the growth and the overall strategy of the Unit.

Main Activities:

- Hands on data, especially the one related to content marketing (social media, influencer marketing, branded content, digital marketing… in this order)

- Produce reporting, piece of analysis or discovery / insights documents for our clients

- Measure and understand the effectiveness of our content activities, supporting the development of metrics-driven strategies to improve performance and meet business goals for our clients

- Mastering on daily basis our tool sets, data sources and measurement framework

- Work with the other teams to consolidate capabilities and promote collaboration across teams

- Act as a “connector” able to combine different inputs coming from the different team across the agency or by clients

- Be able to push the research & insights agenda beyond client and team’s expectations. Show the value of social & content, supporting new business, pitch and internal initiatives.

What background we have in mind for this position:

- A champion in understanding of consumer attitudes, data and behavior 

- A solid experience with tools, platforms and analysis techniques

- A team player: ability to interact and drive conversation about content analysis with creatives, strategists, client managers, media experts

- Knowledge of data science, marketing measurement, social media listening, campaign reports, discovery and insights generation.

- At least 3 years of experience in content, social media, influencer analysis or data-related roles

- Ability to present and drive conversations about data analysis and content measurement in English (and in Italian)

- Patience and sense of humor might help as well :)
