ROLE CONTEXT  

In this role you will lead planning and account management for one of our largest eCommerce B2B focused clients. The Account Management and Media Planning AD will work alongside Analytics, Offline and Performance Channel teams to develop and implement multi-channel media strategy in UK and Irish market, in conjunction with the senior leadership team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Clarity in creating & delivering compelling media recommendations to clients, supported by excellent communications planning skills and storytelling
  • You’re savvy with numbers. Media and marketing data is our bread and butter; you should be able to assess performance data and bring actionable insight to the table.
  • Hands-on experience with Paid Media Strategic Planning for performance and Account Management
  • Experience working with performance media for eCommerce and or B2B, either from time in agency or client-side roles
  • Accountability; you’ll be responsible for the performance of your client and team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Full Funnel Paid Media Planning:

  • The AD is steward of the media planning process and is expected to provide strategic recommendations to the senior media team and/or the client. The position will work in partnership with another an Account Management & Planning AD peer, strategists, analytics team and channel specialists. The role reports into the client lead (BD).
  • The media strategy will be 360 media, so the AD is expected to have a strong working knowledge of the media space (traditional and digital media) and available media research, through a range of industry tools (e.g. TGI, Ad Dynamix etc). The AD will have support from an Analyst to deliver the audience and marketplace insights for planning.
  • This AD is expected to understand the levers available in paid media data infrastructure that are crucial to B2B & eCommerce success, e.g. utilising CRM data in biddable channels.

Account Management:

  • The AD will lead client communications and build close relationships with key clients.
  • The AD will project manage deliverables for their campaigns.
  • The AD is responsible for flawless delivery and compliance with the regional client scope of work.

Additional Requirements:

  • Foster strong Inter-Agency relationships and partner with account leads on all aspects of client service (internally within Neo, Mindshare Group and external agencies)
  • Work with senior leadership to help identify areas to grow client business significantly and/or develop new revenue opportunities
  • Raise planning group proficiency – leadership, quality, efficiency
  • Work in local & international Neo organization to develop new capabilities and initiatives
