We are looking for a Planner/Buyer to work on one of our most premium brands: Rolex / Tudor.

You will be performing a dual role, with your time split evenly between planning and buying their national activity, as well as working closing with the Local Team to delivery their retailer-focussed activations.

This role would be ideally suited to a print/digital buyer with either local or national experiences looking to expand their expertise.


National Planning & Buying 50%

You will work hand-in-hand with the wider Rolex/Tudor team to plan exciting national campaigns as well as delivering the buying on specific print and digital activations to make those plans a reality.

Local Planning & Buying 50%
Your time will be spent planning exciting, localised, precision campaigns as well as working with media owners to make those plans a reality.  You will help lead and support in activating these plans, ensuring the best measurement is in place.

The hybrid nature of this role means it is a unique opportunity to build knowledge and understanding of media planning and execution from start to finish. Your contribution to the campaigns will be significant and include defining the approach to audience, designing the connections plan across all relevant touchpoints, negotiating the best rates and supporting on campaign evaluations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Specify how to build and target audiences in addressable and non-addressable media and validate the approach to ensure that the defined audience can be reached at the scale required.
  • Creating cross channel national media plans as well as retailer specific plans with a hyper local strategy
  • Aligning closely with the wider Rolex/Tudor teams to ensure local plans and national plans align to meet business strategies
  • Day to day management of campaigns as a key liaison between clients and channel specialists
  • Designing measurement framework to inform as well as measure and optimise the campaigns
  • Responsible for billings and financial processes and accurate booking and billing of themselves and their AE(s) through weekly management of the campaign management sheet



  • You show a breadth of understanding across all media channels and can confidently discuss the role these play
  • You show a passion for media as well as an understanding of what makes a great media campaign - always attempting to do the best work possible and can tangibly prove your plans are aimed at achieving excellence
  • You have an opinion on wider media industry issues and opportunities and strive for new ways of thinking to challenge the status quo
  • You (ideally) have examples of working at a more granular level and understand what drives footfall
  • We would like to see someone who has an understanding of more depth decision making tools such as Addynamix, Etelmar, Mediatel, and TGI
  • Relevant luxury experience is helpful but not essential
