Role Summary and Impact
Wpp Media Solutions is looking for a Programmatic Account Intern. The Intern will work directly within the Programmatic Team and will help senior members in all their daily tasks, including programmatic campaigns proposal, monitoring, reporting and supply management.
He/She will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, product, operation teams as well as media and tech providers/vendors) to implement programmatic campaigns as one team with a high focus on improving campaign results on KPIs. He/She will have the chance to develop a strong knowledge on programmatic-related ecosystem.
Main Activities
- Support in Managing relationship with agencies and clients
- Support in Campaign proposals
- Support in Campaign monitoring based on KPI on a daily basis
- Support in performing regular reviews of campaign’s status across revenue, KPIs, pacing
- Support in supervising insertion order process and ensuring adherence to terms and conditions
- Support in post campaign evaluation
- Support in maintaining and reporting on weekly pipeline of proposals and bookings
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders
About You
- Self-motivated and accountable
- University Degree, preferably in Economics / Advertising / Marketing / Communication
- Thorough and meticulous, high attention to details
- Rigorous & comfortable with numbers and calculations
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of English (B2) and Italian
- Passionate about new media & digital
