It’s not all work here - Mindshare hold social events for everyone including festive and summer parties and monthly get-togethers. In May 2018 Mindshare launched its first health and wellbeing event called Mindshare Balance Day. Every year we close the agency for a morning to host inspiring talks and activities around health and wellbeing.


To support clients in meeting their business objectives, by translating them in to best-in-class, bespoke SEO and content strategies that drive business value and help hit forecasted KPIs. Whilst supporting both the SEO Account Directors and working alongside other Account Managers.


With the support of an Account Director, the SEO Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of two accounts: TK Maxx, YBS  & Apple. Responsibilities include:

          Client Servicing – Visible as a key point of contact for clients and ensure they are happy with work delivered.

          Account management – Clear understanding on client SoWs and managing relevant tasks with oversight on Account Exec

          Client management – Manage key client stakeholders for relevant tasks across SEO tasks including technical

          Content Strategy – Contribute to content strategy where necessary with relevant owned areas across  keyword analysis, competitor research and qualitative data.

          Technical SEO – Manage and lead technical SEO tasks such as audits. Provide technical support on releases and provide client with relevant insights

          Analysis – Lead analytical work streams, discovering deep and meaningful insights to help inform initiatives in this highly competitive market.

          Measurement – Ensure performance is benchmarked and measured and push the boundaries of reporting standards.

          Team Support – As a line manager, support the evolution of an Account Executive and the wider team.

          Collaboration – Working closely with the other SEO sub-teams as well as Mindshare analytics, media, and planning teams to deliver consistent and considered work.

          New Business – Assist in growing business with existing clients as well as involvement with new business.


          Strong SEO skillset 

          Confident with technical SEO work streams, including support on technical releases and understanding of any

          Confident with SEO work streams and platforms, including Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, SEMRush, SEO Monitor and/or Deepcrawl

          Keen eye for keeping up to date with SEO industry news on relevant insights for clients

          Experience building and managing relationships with clients

          Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail

          Confident presenting to stakeholders on a regular basis

          Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

          Advanced knowledge of Keynote & Numbers for Mac
