Role: Client Leadership Global Account Manager

Reports to: Global Client Partner

Role context:

Sound interesting? We have an exciting account manager role within our global client leadership team working across Danone, one of the largest global FMCG / CPG companies in the world.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with local Team Flow teams
  • Identify best-in-class work across the Local Team Flow network, elevate to global clients, and roll out across all markets
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of global reporting (e.g. competitive, flowcharts etc.) and help provide analysis and insight into results and recommendations
  • Reinforce Team Flow best practices and help local Team Flow markets implement them into their everyday planning / activation
  • Oversee the finance billing process to collate PO’s, update budget trackers, and monitor client billing

Person Specification:

  • Solution orientated and excited by a challenge
  • Delights clients and enjoys collaborating with them
  • Knows how to craft and evaluate a media plan
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to identify potential problems and understand when to escalate
  • Ideally has experience working with multiple markets although not required
