About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Deployment Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Mars Pet Nutrition account. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment team with reporting, data analysis, and data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate and timely reports to support the deployment team's decision-making process.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help optimise deployment strategies.
• Manage and maintain data integrity across various databases and systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all reporting and analysis needs are met.
• Utilise advanced Excel skills to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
• Support the development of presentations and data visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation of data-driven solutions to improve deployment processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) is preferred but not mandatory.
• 0-1 years of experience in a role involving data analysis and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc.) is essential.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
