This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, to join our central team in London to work on the agency’s newest client. The Digital Account Manager will work alongside biddable media team in London and coordinate with global planning and offline teams on delivery of integrated media campaigns. This role will entail some additional executional support for biddable channels.



The Account Manager is the day-to-day focal point of the account and the bridge between London, global teams and the client. Working alongside the client lead and execution teams, you will help coordinate all aspects of campaigns from planning, reporting, client servicing, finance operations and being a helping hand to execution teams with optimization of biddable campaigns.


  • Good project management skills and attention to detail
  • Previous media planning and buying experience and client servicing
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
  • Able to articulate findings from media data into implications & key take-aways that improve the clients’ performance
  • Knowledge of biddable media and a good understanding of offline
  • Ability to work autonomously and project manage others
  • Motivation to participate in staff management and larger agency development

Highly desirable

  • Experience working for in media - either from agency, client or media vendor businesses
  • Hands on experience in Paid Social, Paid Search and/or Programmatic execution




The Account Manager, is the day-to-day focal point of the account and the bridge between London and Paris teams and the client. Working alongside Client lead and execution teams, you will help coordinate all aspects of campaigns from planning, reporting, client servicing, finance operations and being a helping hand to execution teams with optimization of biddable campaigns.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Day-to-day management and coordination of European media planning and strategy including oversight and coordination of budgets and buy recommendations including:
    • Verifying budgets by market, by channel with the client and planning team
    • Liaison with execution and planning teams around budget allocations and media planning
    • Preparation and delivery of cross channel media plans and revisions of the same by market and communication with delivery teams and clients
  • Key POC for coordination and communication of requests and actions between central clients and individual channel teams
  • Coordination of tech setup (e.g. pixel implementation, account/page links, etc) between execution teams and the client (client's analytics)
  • Coordination of creative campaigns requirements between the central transcreation agency and biddable teams
  • Responsible for Financial operations including management of purchase orders, media plans booking, billing and reconciliation on Prisma and other Neo or Mindshare financial platforms
  • Responsible for coordination of reporting for biddable channels, preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and presentation to clients
  • Provide execution support to search and social team management and optimization of campaigns
  • Work with senior leadership to help identify areas to grow client business significantly and/or develop new revenue opportunities
