The Mission & Objectives of the Role
The Senior Designer and Motion Graphics Artist will be instrumental in driving creative excellence by delivering compelling 2D and 3D designs and animations. This role requires a blend of creative talent and technical expertise to produce eye-catching visuals that resonate across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Design and Animation: Create high-quality 2D and 3D graphics and animations from conceptualization to execution, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Design Strategy: Develop and execute design strategies tailored to each social media platform, maximizing the unique features and audience engagement opportunities of platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook.
  • Usage of AI tools: Leverage on the variety of AI tools to expedite the creative process
  • Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate the latest design technologies and methodologies to enhance creative output.
  • Project Execution: Manage and execute multiple design projects under tight deadlines, from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director and the creative and social teams to refine and execute visual & content strategies, ensuring optimal alignment with market trends and consumer insights.
  • Quality Control: Review and refine creative outputs, ensuring all designs and animations meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in graphic design and motion graphics within a dynamic agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.
  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms and their unique features. Ability to tailor and optimize creatives specifically for each platform, leveraging platform-specific functionalities to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly desirable. Knowledge in this area will be considered a significant bonus, as it is increasingly integral to innovative content creation and automation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
