Role Description

The role encompasses supporting the Display/Programmatic lead alongside management of the Programmatic and Display campaigns. This is an exciting role for a junior member of the agency that will give exposure across all facets of the Display and Programmatic disciplines, for the person’s development.

 Your primary responsibilities are ensuring the successful trafficking, reporting, optimising and delivery of digital campaigns across Display and Video as well as supporting your line manager on formulating campaign proposals and planning.

Role Responsibilities

Programmatic Executives are expected to partake and develop ownership over the management of programmatic campaigns from initial brief, setting up the account/campaign, best practice maintenance and optimisation to post campaign performance reviews. They have an inquisitive personality, who love to analyse and query data, can interpret trends and are able to communicate to the wider team.

Their focus will be on reporting and provide ongoing optimisations to ensure campaigns are delivering to core KPIs. They will quickly learn develop extensive knowledge of the programmatic landscape such as DSP’s, DMP, SSP’s, dynamic creative and complete relevant training modules.

Individuals will be involved in campaign set up, including the trafficking and set up of campaigns, as well as booking and reconciling via finance systems along with the support of the Programmatic Account Manager.

  • Great communication skills, being confident in contributing meetings and telling story
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to identify new growth opportunities
  • Good project management skills and experience working to strict deadlines, delivering timely work
  • A assured person who can manage clients well
  • Passionate about digital advertising and technologies
  • Good numerical and analytical skills


What Success Looks Like:

  • Performance and delivery of the campaign is paramount and will be the primary judge of success
  • The standard of output will also be factored in and how this is then presented to the client
  • Relationship building on the client side, within the agency and at group level will also be accounted
  • Completing and passing the IPA Foundation qualification certificate
  • Full accreditation across Google and Amazon platforms
