The Role Objective

The role requires an experienced, TA specialist with deep expertise in sourcing and analytics, working across diverse, complex TA landscapes across EMEA. Key aspects of this role is to work with the EMEA TA Country leaderships and other key stakeholders to review, analyse the current end to end TA sourcing mechanisms and provide guidance for building the future skills set of the TA community. The role also requires TA specialism in talent insights and analytics through tooling and storytelling.

As a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor, this role will help leaders across EMEA build best practices for TA sourcing activities. Providing the TA sourcing support through training, coaching as well leading from the front as a hands-on SME as needed. It is essential that D&I sourcing initiatives are always part of the sourcing DNA.

The role will report into the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition.

Please note this role is initially a stand-alone hands-on role working with leadership across the EMEA region and in-country TA teams. Future state is building a EMEA Sourcing specialist division to support the region.

The role also requires the individual to me the solutions expert for any sourcing EMEA sourcing challengers.


 Key job responsibilities

  • Hands-on Sourcing Guru with traditional and non-traditional sourcing expertise
  • Support countries across EMEA who have varied delivery mechanisms
  • Provide guidance on managing sourcing 3rd parties and regularly reviewing the ROI
  • Build an uber sourcing function for the EMEA TA Centre of Excellence
  • Mentoring, and coaching other Sourcers/TA specialists, developing their skills further
  • Dive deep into strategies to provide expert knowledge on
  • Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the EMEA TA community through coaching and mentoring
  • Provide insights reports across the EMEA region for the TA teams
  • Assist and lead on talent mapping, competitor analysis initiatives
  • Creating unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract high calibre talent
  • Leading on building out talent networks and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates
  • Providing a value-added service to the current TA and Business stakeholders
  • Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership
  • Working across the organization with key stakeholders such us wider people teams and the business teams to ensure a superior business and candidate experience.
  • Review of current tools/platforms and regularly reviewing for future usage

Required Experience

  • Strong TA subject matter experience across all aspects of hiring (including Exec, future talent, experienced talent)
  • Experience in enhancements of the TA Sourcing lifecycle
  • Very strong experience in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques including X-ray sourcing
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring sourcing specialists
  • Experience of working in a Digital Agency/Consultancy with a marketing/advertising specialism
  • Strong knowledge of story telling using insights (eg.linkedin insights)
  • Experience of being a sourcing SME and a 360 TA Specialist
  • Experience of using varied sourcing tools/platforms
  • Experience of using data to identify areas of improvement and influence stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
  • Experience of working in a highly matrixed organisation
  • Experience of working across the EMEA region and having additional European language skills is an added advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience of running D&I sourcing campaigns
  • Good judgment and executive presence and the ability to interface effectively with and advise senior executives.
  • Strong consultative skills and communication skills across all levels.
