About the team: 
EssenceMediacomX is seeking an Advertising Operations, Senior Executive to become an integral part of our TVC Ad Operations team. As an Advertising Operations Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the set-up, execution, and delivery of digital campaigns. You will work with internal teams and external parties to ensure campaign delivery objectives are met.  The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and a “can do” attitude as well as a desire to learn about the digital ad tech space.
Responsibilities:
Enforce Google product and marketing policies to ensure campaigns are operating within House Ads rules & best practices. 
  • Review campaign submissions against established criteria to confirm adherence to House Ads policy
  • Support & manage communication with Google Marketing’s marketers on House Ads guidelines, policies and violations.
  • Monitor & implement disabling process for repeat policy  violators 
  • Troubleshoot general inquiries related to House Ads policies & advise marketers on campaign approach
  • Perform regular audits to ensure campaign adherence to House Ads policies & best practices

Support data-driven analysis of  campaigns and House Ads requests to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Regular reporting on House Ads campaign submissions (eg. volume, top issue types, etc.)
  • Perform data analysis to identify root causes for troubleshooting or process improvements
  • Ad hoc reporting

Maintenance of day to day operations of the House Ads program

  • Execute process for House Ads & Google Marketing Platform access, including vetting user qualifications
  • Monitor & implement disabling process for platforms access for unqualified users
  • Maintain database of individuals managing House Ads & qualification statuses, such as ensuring the database is updated or following up with individuals with expired qualifications
  • Manage semi-annual audit of House Ads user qualifications and re-certification process
  • Troubleshoot House Ads or certified user related inquiries

Support initiatives to educate marketers on House Ads policies

  • Support the update and maintenance of House Ads policy documentation & trainings
  • Maintain and audit user access to House Ads documentation

  • Computer literate with good skills in all basic Office programs (including Excel)

  • A comfort when working with numbers, we use them a lot!
Preferred qualifications:
 
  • Preferred experience working in digital ad operations, and experience in Google Ads products (eg Google Ads)
  • Google Marketing Platform  (DV360, Search Ads 360) is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Solid data analysis experience & proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets 
  • Solid time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Adept & proactive problem-solver
