About the Advanced TV Operations team

 

Leading the supply and demand Operations function across the UK business. This function works closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and profitable delivery of Advanced TV products, driving improvements and playing a key part in the Advanced TV product development and improvement process

 

 

About the role

The Campaign Manager is responsible for delivering campaigns to the client’s brief, meeting business goals, and providing a best-in-class operational service.

Reporting to the Associate Director or Senior Campaign Manager, the role owns end-to-end management of a subset or ‘patch’ of GroupM agency campaigns.

          Successful end-to-end campaign management of assigned advertiser campaigns across Advanced TV 

          Support Client Services and Engagement teams to fulfil agency KPI’s

          Coordinate with senior members of the team to support monetization strategies, margin management and quality

          Ensure flexibility, expertise, best in class operational services, to enable continued development and success of the team and the wider organisation.

 

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management  

  • Accountable for the quality of the campaigns overseen within your Agency assignment
  • Campaign forecasting, set up, monitoring and optimisation of your campaigns
  • Responsible for your workload and SLA management
  • Own day to day communications with commercial teams around campaign forecasting, pacing and workload management 
  • Troubleshooting and use technical expertise to find solutions to campaign performance issues
  • Make recommendations and optimisations to ensure goals are met  
  • Discrepancy investigation and resolution using suite of reporting tools
  • Manage campaigns to meet margin goals and supporting supply monetisation processes and supporting with billing processes
  • Make optimisation recommendations to ensure goals are met for all campaigns
  • Good understanding of margin, monetisation and the billing process.

Team

  • Work with your line-manager to meet goals of the Operations Team and fulfil the team strategy
  • Creation and implementation across Operations of any new processes and procedures
  • Working with the wider Advanced TV team to offer best practice solutions

 

About you

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience working within an Advertising Operations, Programmatic Trading or Campaign Management Team
  • Good understanding of video advertising, ad targeting and optimisation through DSPs as well as related metrics
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, an ability to become proficient in the use of key business systems including reporting and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - can translate technical detail into a simple summary 
  • A self-starter who’s not afraid to ask for help or volunteer new ideas 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks and responsibilities concurrently
  • Highly organised, strong time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Solution driven focus, and the ability to work under time pressure.
  • Able to manage expectations, work to a fast pace, and develop strong relationships with colleagues.
