Job Description: 
 
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Specialist – E-commerce to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across key digital platforms, with a focus on driving e-commerce growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other major performance marketing platforms. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Plan, execute, and optimise e-commerce performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other relevant channels.
  •  Analyse campaign data, generate actionable insights, and provide regular performance reports to internal teams and clients.
  •  Develop and implement strategies to maximise ROI and achieve client KPIs, including sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams, including regional, analytics, and account management, to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.
  •  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce.
  •  Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend and accurate reconciliation.
  •  Participate in client meetings and presentations, communicating strategies, results, and recommendations clearly and confidently.
  •  Utilise performance marketing tools and platforms to monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns in real time.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in running and optimising e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other key performance platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies, conversion optimisation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English. Hebrew at least on conversational level.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive, innovative, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
