GroupM Romania is looking for a new Campaign Optimisation Specialist (Programmatic Buying Unit team).

We are looking for someone with +2 years of experience in planning and executing digital campaigns, excellent command of Excel, intermediate-advanced in English (and also Romanian speaker). 

In this role, you will:

  • Setup campaigns in Programmatic environments following media plan requirements;
  • Optimise campaigns across channels and across delivery systems and inventories to ensure they meet the performance expectations committed to clients;
  • Act as internal gate-keeper to what campaigns are permitted to run (especially for programmatic campaigns, biddable campaigns in the context of GDPR are a plus);
  • Monitor campaign progress as agreed with planners.
