Overview:

Working as part of a team of nine, the Global Client Compliance Coordinator will assist the Global Client Compliance Managers and Director with the commercial and compliance of a large portfolio of global clients across the automotive, FMCG, luxury and financial sectors. You will therefore be an integral part of a dynamic worldwide team, gaining best in class commercial experience and exposure to global media challenges across a wide range of clients at the forefront of creative, adaptive, and innovative media solutions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the global client compliance and audit programs, coordinating briefings, audits and follow up meetings and working closely with Global Commercial Compliance Managers and Director

 

  • Responsible for the maintenance and administration of the compliance infrastructure such as maintaining planning documents, Non-Disclosure Agreements and related paperwork

 

  • Assist with the preparation of commercial compliance briefing documents, policy, best practice and market reviews
     
  • Responsible for financial reporting and analysis to include sourcing data from various sources and preparing the associated reporting
     
  • Ad hoc special project work and implementation of best practice measures.
