Finecast enables advertisers to precision-target viewers across multiple on demand, linear and live streaming TV environments. Finecast gives advertisers the ability to deliver targeted ads to audiences watching TV content across multiple broadcasters, connected devices, set top boxes, over-the-top providers and game consoles – all through a single point of access with standardised measurement.

Finecast optimises delivery across the entire addressable TV marketplace. With access to hundreds of different targeting segments, from socio-economic to life stage, purchase and financial data, advertisers can identify and reach viewers whenever and wherever they are watching.

About the Team

Finecast in the UK is made up of an expanding team of 70+ people spanning Engagement, Operations, Client Services, Marketing, Business Operations, Finance and Product, Data & Analytics functions.

The Role Objectives

The Senior Director works across all GroupM (regional business) – this individual is to work closely with the Head of Engagement on specific team requirements aswell as cross agency pieces of work.

The role will report to Richard Fuller and will primarily support the UK business, working closely with Client Services, Marketing & Operations

Revenue ownership & Commercial Acumen

  • Focus on revenue generating activities
  • Ensuring that product revenue goals (monthly/quarterly/annually) are achieved across GroupM Regions. Work closely with London Senior Director to ensure numbers are accurate and aligned across the two patches
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that Finecast products are adopted across all relevant clients.
  • Act as the Engagement lead for key clients across Mediacom Manchester, Leeds,  Scotland & Wavemaker North
  • Build relevant collateral, tell client story and support client pitches
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, building relationships with key personnel to understand their needs and help them realise the translation of these requirements to the addressable space
  • Help build and then maintain strong collateral pieces relevant to the group, agencies, and clients by liaising with product team members to understand proposition, product features and KPIs.
  • Develop points of view to give guidance on core topics like audience, inventory, data sources and measurement.
  • Support client presentations and pitches as necessary with advice, materials, fresh content and collateral.
  • Own the Zed meeting from an Enagement perspective



  • Educate and inspire clients regarding Addressable TV propositions and products
  • Develop and establish senior level agency relationships and build a trusted ongoing partnership across GroupM Regions.
  • To be an integral part of the 2021 client growth strategy
  • Encourage inter-agency coordination, engage effectively and driving adoption of Finecast products whilst developing the business into other areas within the agencies e.g. closer coordination with comms planners, heads of insight, senior leadership 
  • Understand client’s marketing objectives in order to create relevant proposals for clients
  • Keep agencies updated on changes within Finecast – product, supply, pricing
  • Regularly present to agency client teams regarding new Addressable TV releases, proactive proposals, and Addressable TV points of view
  • Understand and co-ordinate agency feedback 


  • Operate as a knowledge leader in the Addressable TV space and be able to explain complex business model, tools and concepts simply.
  • Co-lead the Engagement weekly/ monthly meetings with other Senior Director
  • With a positive ‘can do’ attitude, enforce and inspire high-standards of behaviour and professionalism across the team; e.g. written and verbal communication and time-keeping
