The International Data Analyst supports the Business Leads within the client team in analysing data across Time tracking and Media Spend reporting tools. They will be responsible for database management and producing reports and dashboards with accurate, fresh, granular data that can be measured against client’s measurement framework and media KPI’s.

There are two key areas for this role:

 Timesheets Tracking – Task management across the team
- Ensure accurate and on time delivery of time tracking
- Offer support and training for the wider team
- Act as first point of contact and escalation within the team
- Monitor and flag challenges that could negatively impact KPIs
- Manage time hour tracker database

 Media Reporting Tools –
- Ensure that data is accurately and on time inputted, by local markets
- Monitor data gaps and inconsistencies
- Escalate issues to ensure problem resolution and overall smooth delivery
- Act as first point of contact for client’s queries
• Manage the time hour tracker database on a live basis
• Understand how multiple data sources are tied together within dashboards to spot and troubleshoot problems
• Build reports and dashboards that are clear, accurate and fit for delivering live insight
• Analyse data to produce concise, actionable summaries and insights
• Build Power-point presentations and deliver them in a way that makes your argument clear and compelling
• Test and interrogate new data analysis tools and techniques to understand their advantages and limitations
• ‘’Talk data’’ to a non-technical audience
• Escalation point for Ops team members and internal Stakeholders
• Working collaboratively to find solutions
• Strong experience using Excel, Tableau and other visualisation tools
• Problem solving skills and a desire to find a ‘’better way’’
• Ability to make inferences and decisions based on data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multi-task, delegate, prioritise and manage expectations
• Efforts and strategies to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders
