HR Administration & Payroll Specialist

GroupM is looking for an HR Administration & Payroll Specialist.

What you will do:
- You will provide support to new recruits in filling out the necessary forms for payroll processing (deductions, ANF, severance pay choice, data processing authorisations).
- You will manage staff meal vouchers.
- You will prepare documentation for the activation of internships with the main sponsoring organisations.
- You will manage and communicate the activation of smart working contracts to the body in charge.
- You will check the employee's time sheets.
- You will support the processing of pay slips.
- You will support the implementation of new processes and platforms.

- A person with strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- A precise individual with excellent organisational, planning and data analysis skills.
- A professional who can learn effectively and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- An individual who can share knowledge and work in a collaborative environment.
- An expert in the use of the main apps within the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Sharepoint)
- A person with a minimum level of English B2.
- A candidate with a diploma or degree in scientific subjects.
- Previous experience in a company is welcome.
- Knowledge of software such as PowerBI, Power Automate, Workday is a prerequisite.

WPP Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working).
