GroupM is looking for an HR Administration & Payroll Specialist.

What you will do:
  • You will provide support to new recruits in filling out the necessary forms for payroll processing (deductions, ANF, severance pay choice, data processing authorisations).
  • You will manage staff meal vouchers.
  • You will prepare documentation for the activation of internships with the main sponsoring organisations.
  • You will manage and communicate the activation of smart working contracts to the body in charge.
  • You will check the employee's time sheets.
  • You will support the processing of pay slips.
  • You will support the implementation of new processes and platforms.

  • A precise individual with excellent organisational, planning and data analysis skills.
  • A professional who can learn effectively and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • An individual who can share knowledge and work in a collaborative environment.
  • An expert in the use of the main apps within the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Sharepoint)
  • A person with a minimum level of English B2.
  • A candidate with a diploma or degree in scientific subjects.
  • Previous experience in a company is welcome.
  • Knowledge of software such as PowerBI, Power Automate, Workday is a prerequisite.
 
Location 
WPP Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working).
