Overview of role
A great opportunity for a talented candidate to accelerate their learning and development supporting a diverse range of clients with big appetites for growth. Working with the senior client team and investment channel specialists to help drive operational excellence and identify business solutions to support the unlocking of new growth opportunities. Supporting the senior client team in delivering the very best experience for your clients. You will be in the thick of the day-to-day management for your clients and an important operational linchpin in between the client and our specialist products and services.

Measures of success
In three months, you would have:
- Understand the mechanics of the client’s business, have assessed the landscape and be able to plot out how to achieve operational excellence. Be comfortable in dealing with junior to middle to management clients and be adding value on calls and communications.
In six months, you would have:
- Running the day-to-day operations for your clients. Delivering status updates, competitor and market insights, running results calls and supporting in wider PCA’s. Ensuring the smooth financial running of clients under your jurisdiction.
In 12 months, you would have:
- Continually assessing the effective running of the day-to-day operations for your clients, WIP meetings, results analysis presentations and PCA’s. Inputting into operational strategy and delivering support for your senior client team in their pursuit of happy, engaged and growing clients.
Responsibilities of the role
- Support in the day to day running of the client’s investments across all disciplines
- Support in the running of WIP calls and status updates and feeding back to the wider agency team.
- Robust cross channel knowledge and the ability to be able to hold a conversation with your client around specific channel opportunities.
- Responsible for supporting the successful day to day operations of your clients accounts within the agency.
- Manipulation and analysis of client data to present internally and be able to interpret and use in the build out of results analysis and new plan development.
- Updating of clients results, market insights and competitor analysis and the presentation to your clients.
- Ability to identify and have a view on new client growth opportunities.
- To be able to organise and run internal meetings with specialist teams to support the day to day operation of your clients business.
- Understand the mechanics of your clients business and sector to be able to add value to wider business conversations in support of your senior account team.
- Build strong working relationships and ways of working with your junior to mid level client contacts
What you will need
- Previous agency or client-side experience is beneficial but not essential
- A robust understanding of the wider media eco system and to be able to articulate your thoughts around opportunities identified.
- An ability to pull insights from data and formulate basic hypothesis to support plan development
