ROLE CONTEXT  

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Programmatic professional to join Neo team as an Account Director and work closely across some of the world’s leading B2B and B2C brands in delivering best in class digital acceleration and bigger picture digital leadership. You will play an instrumental role in developing our offering: taking ownership of the ongoing client engagement, managing a team of Programmatic AMs and SAEs/AEs and supporting the Business Director and Client leads to implement the strategic vision of the account and team.

 

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional project management and coordination skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
  • Experience in developing and leading client relationships
  • Exceptional people management skills, including support and development of at least two junior team members
  • Exceptional executional Programmatic experience managing Brand & DR activity; experience in optimising and developing paid social accounts to hit performance targets is essential
  • In-platform experience across DV360 and TTD. As well as 3rd party reporting suites and GA, DoubleClick. Verizon, Xandr, Amazon, Adobe Analytics a great plus.
  • Understanding of the importance of brand safety, viewability and able to recommend solutions that address these topics
  • Ability to support the Business Director in developing wider individual channel strategies including yearly planning, audience development and creative solutions in line with client’s objectives.
  • Expert knowledge of measurement capabilities to evaluate and implement study opportunities that benefit the client and future programmatic activity
  • Confidence in presenting technical topics in a simple, meaningful manner, with the ability to transform marketing challenges into solutions
  • Working knowledge of digital attribution approaches used to optimize programmatic campaigns
  • An understanding of how Programmatic can integrate with other digital and offline channels

 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Play an instrumental role in developing Programmatic strategy for one of our biggest B2B and Auto clients, taking ownership of the ongoing client engagement. You will work alongside Client strategy and Planning team and also be part of Mindshare Outcomes community, reporting into Programmatic Channel lead.

 

  • Work closely alongside the Search, Social and Strategy and planning teams Directors to contribute to integrated, multi-channels campaigns delivery.
  • Support and manage junior Programmatic team in delivery of campaigns and review the quality of team output and take appropriate action to improve delivery
  • Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Take ultimate responsibility for the output of your team, both client facing and operational
  • Be the central client contact for your client portfolio, dealing at Director level and above with senior management within the client and agency organization
  • Apply best practice rigor to the execution of Programmatic campaigns
  • Maintain a forward thinking and innovative approach in the development of Programmatic activity
  • Keep up to date with industry developments to ignite POVs
  • Build a reputation as a trusted senior advisor for internal and external stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for your team’s development and career progression within the agency
  • Play an active role in the recruitment and interviewing process to build strong teams
  • Develop ways of working that maximize client output, whilst minimizing operational input
  • Ensure briefing, planning and finance processes are strictly adhered to by the team
  • Be commercially minded, ensuring effective management of available resources; maintain awareness of all scopes of work for your client portfolio

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Work with senior leadership to help identify areas to grow client business significantly and/or develop new revenue opportunities
  • Opportunity to play an active role in pitches, and other cross agency initiatives based on career vision
  • Establish strong working and communication processes with all Outcomes and digital teams to provide guidance to facilitate exceptional integrated digital campaigns
