Reporting to: Performance Account Director

Role context:

Working collaboratively with the account director and account manager as well as several other internal stakeholders, the Global Performance Executive will support in the delivery of performance planning and buying across SEM and Paid Social for an exciting Global Luxury Brand.

This role will give opportunity to refine and develop the craft of digital media in a fast paced, dynamic agency environment. The account offers a strong opportunity to innovate and build expertise across a wide range of digital channels, with the clients open to testing and learning from new platforms, audiences and tactics.

Core responsibilities:

  • Direct client servicing exposure
  • Channel planning support, feeding into strategic planning and client direction within team, ensuring alignment and adherence to WM RGP process
  • Support on performance forecasting and delivery, with focus on meeting client KPIs and performance targets
  • Campaign activation and optimization for all relevant media channels across global markets (e.g. Google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Yandex, Baidu, etc.)
  • Support on the day to day QA process across all media activation, minimizing error and risk and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process
  • Support on delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights
  • Support on media activation finance process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to process


Required skills / experience:

  • Knowledge of Biddable channels with proven experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background
  • Hands on paid social or paid search experience preferred, with familiarity of major biddable platforms; such as, Google Ads, Bing, SA 360, etc.
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.
  • Any digital media experience e.g freelance, personal projects etc. will also be of interest.
  • All academic backgrounds will be considered – qualifications in maths, data, economics, business, media of interest.
  • Highly organised, project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong client services skills.
  • Analytically minded with excellent attention to detail when handling large data sets.
