About the team

Finecast is currently live in six markets - UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Germany and Indonesia with a number of new market launches planned for 2021-2022.

The team is made up of an expanding team of 100+ (growing to over 150+ by end of 2021) spanning Engagement, Operations, Client Services, Marketing, Business Operations, Finance and Product, Data & Analytics functions.

The role Objectives

Global Product Solutions Manager will support Finecast in launching our product solutions around the world, ensuring the products we offer our customers have clearly articulated benefits and positioning and are supported with research and insights.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within a team to build brilliant products and be able to think creatively to ensure all of our products fit within a simple and accessible product messaging hierarchy.

Global go-to-market execution

  • Ensuring smooth go-to-market execution for new product features including training and coordinated product marketing and comms support
  • Working closely with the Global Platform team to produce new product documentation (e.g., use cases, user guides, FAQs)
  • Supporting local Finecast markets in rolling out new product solutions and features to their end-users
  • Global product research based on customer and local market insights (evaluating business needs for product development)
  • Product success evaluation (measuring impact of our product solutions) in collaboration with Global Product Management and Local Finecast teams
  • Coordinating the activities of Finecast Global Product Community

Global go-to-market strategy

  • Oversight of global product messaging strategy for Finecast product solutions
  • Development of global product go-to-market materials (slide decks, one pagers, product videos and case studies) for deployment across local Finecast markets, in collaboration with Global Marketing team
  • Ensuring consistent, clear product narrative and messaging, branding and benefits
  • Supporting product-focused events (e.g., launches, customer steering committees)

Global research and insights

  • Providing research and insights support to the largest Finecast markets
  • Sharing research and insights best practices among Finecast local market teams
  • Ownership of database intelligence, research and insights subscriptions (e.g., Ampere, Enders, Statista, eMarketer, Forrester)
  • Gathering marketplace intelligence and conducting competitive analysis

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience of taking product solutions to market, effectively marketing them to internal and external audiences, and the ability to work across markets and cultures.

Ideally a sound working knowledge of the TV advertising industry and in particular, addressable technologies is key as the candidate will need to help articulate sometimes complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand key benefits for clients.  The right individual will need to be able to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines to incorporate feedback and fine tune messaging and visual representation of our products.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and defining new product solutions, a creative thinker and able to clearly express ideas and concepts.

  • Experience working in product marketing or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy to understand, workable solutions and comfortable presenting in group environments
  • Demonstrable ability to write clear and engaging documentation and communications for new product feature launches
  • Proven ability to work positively as a key stakeholder in cross functional projects, being able to listen and process information from others and incorporate feedback
  • Solid experience in TV advertising and digital media
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to present to senior leadership on project status, risks and decisions required
  • Understanding and experience of the product development process
  • Bring an energy and passion to your work, be versatile and collaborative in style and confident in the solutions you present
  • Excellent MS Office skills
