We are looking for Senior Consultants to join our Strategy & Transformation team in Acceleration Nordics.  

You are motivated by helping companies understand what drives their business and how to engage with their customers and stakeholders in meaningful ways. 

As a Senior Consultant you will work with a portfolio of local and international clients to help the clients build a holistic vision and roadmap for how they can use data, technology, and customer experience to modernize and transform their media, and marketing setup and ultimately their business. 

We value diversity and the magic delivered when multi-skilled talents from different specialist teams join forces. You will lead and manage client engagements with the specialist teams and ensure we deliver projects to a very high quality and standard.  

To succeed in this role, you have a strong business understanding across industries. It is a natural approach for you to develop business cases, commercial models, and scope projects to deliver against our clients’ transformation objectives. You have or develop a broad knowledge of our specialist products and services in data science, technology solutions, customer experience and how these areas can deliver on our clients’ strategic objectives.  

You will be the primary point of contact for your clients and for our agency partners on all our consulting engagements and you will hold the overall commercial responsibility for you client portfolio. In you close collaboration with clients and agency partners you will identify new opportunities to grow our strategic engagement with the clients.  

You continually strive to deliver “best in class” client leadership and stay on top of industry trends and topics that are relevant to you clients.  



  • Substantial experience in the consulting space, with a focus on business and marketing strategy and technology and data solutions. 
  • Experience in leading strategic consulting engagements and working with clients and colleagues across different countries (fluent in English)  
  • Experience in business strategy, marketing data, operations and technology assessments and roadmap delivery 
  • Comfortable working with business, marketing, and IT stakeholders at C-level and below. 
  • Capable of presenting complex ideas succinctly to all levels within an organization 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with good sense for business finance  
  • Strong project management experience 
  • Ability to engage and lead teams from different disciplines – an ability to see the big picture, but also how it breaks down. 
  • A quick and strategic thinker across a broad range of marketing technology and digital marketing topics across various verticals.  
  • Experience in consulting methodology and frameworks development. 
  • Broad knowledge of most the following concepts: Advertising technologies , Google marketing platform and cloud services, CDPs, Measurement methodologies (e.g. Econometrics and attribution), Audience insights and activation, Customer experience, UX and design.
