Job Description:  
 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Lead to join our team at EssenceMediacom. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing our client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality media planning and buying services, and driving business outcomes that exceed expectations.  
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges and align our media strategy and services to support their goals.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver integrated media solutions that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and effectiveness.
  • Oversee and develop media plans, ensuring they are strategically sound, data-driven, and executed with precision.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing insightful analysis and optimization recommendations to maximize results.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service, regular communication, and the achievement of campaign KPIs.
  • Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the agency's growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging media channels, and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations and thought leadership.
Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media planning/buying or account management within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital, traditional, and emerging channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Hebrew and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
