Your job

The People Lead’s overall responsibility is to deliver on the common ambition across the organization, setting the right strategic priorities, design and implement a structure across the Nordics that can fulfill this objective.

You will ensure that the optimal People Team (Talent team and People Operations) structure is in place and lead a high-performing team, that delivers the strategic people vision and best in class people experience and operations. 

You will of course be the trusted advisor and partner to the CEO on all people-related matters and be a part of our Nordic and Danish management team.

Your Skills and Experience 

  • Significant demonstrable experience in a people leadership role. 
  • Experience working in a digital, advertising or media agency, media owner, or consulting practice would be beneficial. 
  • Executive presence and persuasive style, and exceptional communication skills. 
  • Experience driving and implementing change, and an innovative mindset. 
  • Experience in operating in a matrixed organization. 
  • Agility and flexibility to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business. 
  • Excellent employment law knowledge and understanding.
  • Relevant HR qualifications would be beneficial.
  • Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen. 
  • Proven experience developing talent at all levels that produced positive business
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
