About the opportunity:

 

Working within the Owned Media team, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious SEO Senior Account Executive to grow as part of the central team on one of the agency’s largest clients. Working alongside channel specialists for strategy, execution and analytics, the chosen candidate will develop relationships across the group to drive innovation in 30+ offices. You should have a strong understanding of organic search implementation, how global agencies operate, and excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders to drive one of the global organic search accounts at Neo.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The SEO Senior Account Executive will work together with AMs and with the support of the Account Director in managing the clients' natural search programs.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Develop and implement SEO strategy across a dedicated global client.
  • Monitor and report on website performance & local market activity based on Global SEO objectives.
  • Coordinate team members and outside partners to ensure that SEO tasks are delivered in a timely and integrated manner.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners via phone, emails and direct contact.
  • Contribution to and project management on outreach & content marketing projects.
  • Efficiently manage freelancers and influencers.
  • Track and analysis performance and engagement metrics to determine how various pieces of content perform.
  • Provide technical SEO consultancy toclients (site migrations, on-site optimisation, technical troubleshooting)             
  • Participate to weekly conference calls and attend monthly meetings with clients (travel may be required)             

 

Requirements:

 

Essential:

  • Senior Account Executive level experience in SEO, (previous experience of managing international SEO or Search projects a plus).
  • Any experience working on technical SEO projects would put you at an advantage.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical mindset and technical knowledge.
  • Any experience in outreach role would put you at an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills).
  • Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
  • Organised and methodical, with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and ability to work autonomously, eager to explore and discover.
  • Additional language skills advantageous.

Preferable:

  • Any experience working on technical SEO projects will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML and web standards will be a plus.
  • Experience of supporting site migrations from an SEO perspective would be preferable but not essential.
  • Experience in researching, planning & executing content marketing campaigns would be preferable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of what works for earning links
  • Understanding of PPC basics and the latest trends of the channel.
