Are you a digital media professional with a passion for crafting impactful cross-channel strategies and ensuring flawless campaign execution? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Media Planning & Execution Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving digital media success for our clients, from strategic planning to meticulous oversight and client relationship management. 
  
Key Responsibilities: 
1. Digital Cross-Channel Planning Strategy  
  • Independently assess complex, new, and non-standard tasks to determine the feasibility of achieving media KPIs, expenditure benchmarks, and client expectations outlined in briefs. 
  • Develop comprehensive digital proposals (in-channel strategy) and cross-channel media plans based on client briefs. 
  • Independently evaluate complex data requirements, providing specialized data input into cross-channel data strategy and analytics. 
  • Provide expert support to Agency Account Managers during client meetings, handling complex and non-standard inquiries. 
2. Supervision and Coordination of Campaign Execution 
  • Coordinate and approve tasks performed by campaign execution teams, taking responsibility for outcomes and ensuring quality control of work and practices. 
  • Independently ensure compliance with GroupM financial processes, policies, and procedures for complex and non-standard tasks. 
  • Proactively and independently resolve issues that may threaten the quality and timeliness of deliveries, collaborating with GroupM and Agency management. 
  • Collaborate independently with the investment team on investment guidelines and priorities for complex and non-standard tasks. 
3. Relationship with Agency and Clients 
  • Independently establish plans and directions for campaign execution teams to enhance nexus engagement. 
  • Collaborate independently with Agency personnel responsible for clients/projects, aligning on overall KPIs, including agency and client objectives, with Account Managers/Directors. 
4. Agency Business Development 
  • Provide specialized expertise and independently contribute to contacts and meetings with clients (in conjunction with Agencies) for business development purposes. 
5. Coordination and Collaboration with the Team 
  • Coordinate and approve tasks, taking responsibility for outcomes in collaboration with other team members. 
  • Provide ongoing constructive feedback to colleagues to foster continuous improvement.

Job Requirements 
Education: 
  • Higher education, ideally a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering. 
Work Experience: 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position within digital media planning and execution. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Exceptional grammar knowledge in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Very strong planning and buying skills with demonstrable experience in digital media. 
  • Proven experience in implementing digital media campaigns. 
  • Strong goal orientation, with a focus on achieving excellent results and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent experience in managing relationships with suppliers and a proven ability to develop strong client relationships. 
  • High attention to detail, resilience to stress, and the ability to manage a high volume of projects, including prioritizing activities internally and for clients.
