Purpose: The Digital Planner Ecommerce is accountable for digital campaign planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting across key retail channels such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping and Meta Commerce. This role requires a deep understanding of the retail media landscape, including platform-specific ad products, targeting capabilities, measurement tools, and best practices. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop data-driven plans, optimize campaigns in real-time, and deliver insightful reporting to maximize ROI.

Planning
•Develop and execute data-driven digital media plans across retail media platforms aligned with client objectives and budget parameters.
•Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience profiling to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
•Stay abreast of emerging retail media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
•Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, client service) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.
 
Campaign Management & Optimization
•Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including budget allocation, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
•Continuously monitor campaign performance against KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
•Leverage platform-specific reporting tools to analyze campaign data, extract actionable insights, and communicate performance results to clients.
 
Reporting & Analysis
•Develop and deliver comprehensive campaign performance reports that clearly articulate key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
•Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.
•Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
 
Stakeholder Management
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and retail media platform representatives.
•Proactively communicate campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
•Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign strategies, results, and future plans.
 
The Ideal Candidate
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital media planning role with a strong focus on retail media (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping, Meta Commerce).
•Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail media campaigns that drive measurable results.
•Deep understanding of retail media platforms, ad products, targeting options, bidding strategies, and measurement tools.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Passion for digital marketing and the ever-evolving retail media landscape.
