The Team:

 

We are the MediaCom International/ WW Finance team, servicing both Global client teams and the Central Execution Hub across Financial, Commercial and Operational areas of the business

 

This role sits within the International/WW Finance team in MediaCom, reporting into the Commercial Revenue Manager. This role will work closely with the client teams and Agency Commercial teams.

 

The Role:

 

Business Responsibilities:

  • To support the Commercial Revenue Manager on the International Division of Mediacom.
  • Assist in reporting of monthly variance analysis (by comparing to budget/forecast) and exception reporting
  • Calculation of accruals, unbilled & deferrals, and reparation of journals
  • Supporting Commercial Revenue Manager with the preparation of the quarterly and annual budgets
  • Continuously reviewing current processes and making improvements to allow better control or improved efficiencies
  • Assist with the SOX and year-end audit by providing all relevant information to the auditors
  • Assist in co-ordinating internal SOX control testing
  • Assist with preparation of Profitability analysis
  • Other ADHOC tasks

  • System skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel/Word/Outlook) is essential. In addition, MediaOcean Applications is desirable.
