What is it?

We’re sure you can tell us, with your experience so far, better than what we recruiters can tell you, but Digital Cross-Channel at GroupM is really about driving the delivery across biddable channels such as Display, Paid Social and Paid Search which will include working closely with media owners, clients and third-party platforms.

What we need from you

For individual contributors, we need you to know your stuff in digital.  As well as the usual responding to client briefs and needs, you will be involved in all aspects of campaigns from the planning, reporting, client servicing and finance operations.  You’ll enjoy analysing performance and overseeing the end-to-end account management of your client business. 

You are passionate about planning/buying digital media specifically in paid social/display/paid search, with a particular interest and knowledge on the current media landscape.  The overall client’s happiness depends on your ability to pull together digital solutions and demonstrating how these help our clients win.

For management roles, we require this to be complemented with a passion for coaching and training other team members to develop their skills, grow their careers, and foster a culture of curiosity in finding new and exciting solutions which help our clients reach their goals.

At leadership level, we need people who have seen digital evolve, and have been on the front line in delivering solutions, as well as the ability to foresee what’s next, both on- and offline. We want you to build the business strategies which ensure we are driving our clients, and the industry as a whole, to truly position us as the market leading vendor of advertising solutions.
