What we are looking for 

Choreograph are looking for a level 6 (BSc Degree equivalent) Project Management apprentice to work in an administration role within the transformation team  

You will demonstrate strong communication skills and will be expected to show initiative, manage your priorities as well as solve problems and make decisions. 

Responsibilities  

 

  • Assist with new joiners and leavers 
  • Assist with IT equipment delivery 
  • Manage excel spreadsheets 
  • Manage the locker list and new joiner and leaver process 
  • Manage the games and book library 
  • Assist with special projects 
  • Organise events in the London Office 

Skills needed 

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Good time management 
  • Appetite to learn new skills and work towards a qualification 
  • Excellent Excel or Google sheets skills 
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Organised and proactive 
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality 
  • Understanding of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore staffing models 
  • Basic understanding of Agile Scrum development methodology 
  • Basic understanding of planning tools like Trello / MS Planner / Wrike
