About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager in The Goat Agency MENA. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, design innovative influencer strategy/campaigns, and drive business growth. You will leverage your understanding of local Middle East culture, content creation expertise, and influencer trends to deliver impactful campaigns. Leading and mentoring a high-performing team, you will ensure exceptional client service and continuous innovation. Role requirements


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional 
service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, and providing strategic 
advice.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand client accounts and drive business growth.
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
• Design, plan, and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of local Middle East culture to create culturally relevant and impactful content.
• Demonstrate expertise in content creation and influencer trends to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge 
and effective.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing 
environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and sales to ensure seamless 
campaign delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
Commercial and Strategic Focus:
• Drive commercial success by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve them.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously innovate to maintain a competitive edge.
Proactive and Excellent Client Servicing:
• Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions that exceed expectations.
• Innovate and implement new ideas to enhance client satisfaction and campaign success.
• Ensure all client communications are clear, timely, and professional.
Middle East Market Expertise:
• Leverage deep understanding of the Middle East markets to inform strategy and execution.
• Adapt campaigns to reflect local cultural nuances and consumer behavior.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional influencers to ensure authentic and effective partnerships.

Qualifications


• 5+ years of experience in Influencer marketing and account management
• Extensive experience in GCC and wider MENA regions, managing and developing global accounts, and leading teams across diverse markets..
• Demonstrated expertise in content creation and influencer trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Commercially driven with a focus on achieving business growth.
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills and client servicing skills with a proactive approach.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
