About the role:

At Acceleration, we are looking for a Analytics Engineer to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for the design, configuration, optimization and evolution of our clients' Tag Management and Digital Analytics solution and the technological reference for implementing new digital marketing solutions in the ecosystem of our clients' own assets.

Key Responsibilities

· Participation in the definition of measurement requirements.

· Design of the data collection solution through Tag Manager.

· Configuration of the data collection solution in different Tag Managers (GTM, Launch, Tealium IQ).

· Configuration of the digital analytics solution through Tag Manager (GA4, Adobe Analytics).

· Creation of deliverables associated with the work methodologies of the Analytics line (Tagging Guides, Marketing Channels Definition).

· Configuration of privacy solutions through Tag Manager (OneTrust, Google Consent Mode, ...)

· Configuration of other marketing solutions through Tag Manager (media pixels, CDP, Testing, ...)

· Provide clean, transformed data ready for analysis

· Maintain data documentation & definitions

Skills we are looking for

· Excellent organizational capabilities, presentation of ideas, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and great attention to detail.

· Ability to learn fast in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives / tasks in parallel, as well as changing priorities

· Ability to work with Martec tech stack and suppliers

· Awareness of industry best practice in data collection

· Familiar with privacy, regulations and impacts

· Familiar with cookieless and impacts

Role Requirements

· 2-3 years experience on Digital Analytics Tools and Tag Manager Systems

· Strong grasp of digital technologies or potential specialism: eg: web technologies, app technologies, javascript, javascript frameworks, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

· Experience in the definition and implementation of digital asset measurement plans.

Nice to have

· Knowledge of other digital technologies: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Tealium IQ, OneTrust, SQL, BigQuery, Google Optimize, Adobe Target

· Knowledge visualization tools like Data Studio, Tableau, Power Bi or Looker

· Knowledge of the open cloud ecosystem (mainly GCP)

· Experience with ETL, ELT processes (or tools)

· Comfortable working with Git and the command line

· Medium / high level of English.

· Previous experience working in consulting
