Position at GroupM

The candidate will be part of the Ad Operation team within GroupM and will directly manage each phase of the technical online advertising campaign implementation.  
The required profile will have to manage the online campaigns through the main ad servers (ie. Google CM360, Flashtalking, AdForm, etc.), In App tracking platforms and Ad Verification tools.
The candidate will also provide active support to cross-team projects such as data dashboards development, automation projects, data on boarding and marketing stack development.  
  
RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • The candidate will be responsible for the consulting and technical management of the digital campaign.
  • The candidate will keep relationships with media planners as well as with other GroupM business units and external partners, in order to guarantee the correct adops workflow.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE   
REQUESTED HARD SKILLS:  
  • Operational experience with the main adserver
  • Experience with ad-server tags implementation and troubleshooting (knowledge of Google GTM)
  • Strong interest in media and digital advertising technologies including programmatic platforms, DMPs, analytics, etc. 
  • Medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
NICE TO HAVE HARD SKILLS:  
  • Experience with media reporting and analytics tools (experience with GA360 a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Company
REQUESTED SOFT SKILLS:  
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and working under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team well and follow multiple projects simultaneously 
ADDITIONAL SKILLS (one or more of the following skills would represent a major plus during the selection):  
  • BA in Computer Science/Information System or any alternative of the same field
  • JavaScript, CSS, and other main JavaScript Libraries
  • Analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports (dashboards, KPI scorecards, etc)
  • Knowledge in math, Probability and Statistics for data science and machine learning tools development

Wpp Campus in Milan ( plus the option for hybrid working)
