Innovation & Partnerships Manager
Description
Responsibilities
- Identify key areas of partnership growth and work collaboratively with client teams, as an extension to their strategy & planning teams, to deliver and activate Global and Local JBPs
- Support in the deployment and monitoring of Global and Local JBPs, to ensure targets are met and value is unlocked
- Develop a strong understanding of media landscape working closely with online and offline partners, to ensure first mover opportunities are leveraged for client
- Demonstrate an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with global and local media vendors, and internal client teams, to drive collaboration and best in class delivery
- Work closely with Regional and Market leads to support in roll out of JBP strategic and commercial benefits
- Develop best in class operations of JBPs, with engaged client relationships, structured engagement cadence through QBRs, partner and client status calls where needed
- Brief and manage set up of QBR and JBP reviews coordinating with regions and markets where required
- Build trusted relationships with media vendors, and internal stakeholder teams
- Contribute to new business pitches (when required)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-6 years experience gained in either a media agency, media vendor or brand marketing teams
- Positive and passionate approach that motivates the team
- Independently owning and managing relationships confidently
- Ambition and drive to execute new ideas and be at the forefront of new industry developments
- Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail are essential
- Confident communicator and presenter (written and delivery)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
