Role Description

The key client responsibilities of this role will be:

Toyota / Lexus EMEA

The Media Account Manager is a key role in the hub team, being a primary contact for our European clients as well as often being the first point of call for our agency teams across our European network,

You will work closely with teams from across key disciplines such as Account Management, Comms and Audience planning, Digital specialists, Data visualisation and analysis experts as well as Creative teams to deliver market leading, integrated central projects, campaigns and reports.

The role focusses on supporting the Account Director on the smooth day-to-day running of the account, market coordination, supporting strategic planning and digital teams, as well as pan-European partnerships.

You must work efficiently and proactively, playing a vital role in communicating and assisting local markets with planning and activation. You will already have experience and understanding of both offline and online channels.

The role will require a highly organised and efficient person who has the ability to  build, manage and communicate across both internal and external relationships.

Role Responsibilities

The Primary roles are:

  • Develop a close relationship with the wider European network and be their 1st point of contact for any media related question
  • Assist in the roll out centrally developed communications strategies and guiding the network in its implementation
  • Own the reporting output from local markets via relevant systems and tools
  • Lead client facing reports around media performance, investment, competitive insights and implementation ensuring clear and actionable insights and learning are devised
  • Steer the network sharing agenda
  • Coordinate finance reporting including tracking of POs and payment status
  • Work across multi discipline project teams (media and creative) around the development of campaigns, supporting the teams with local market and wider industry and category insights and analysis, KPI and target setting

  • Strong self starter with ability to take the initiative
