We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Analytics & Measurement Associate Director / Director to join our team at EssenceMediacom to join the Coca-Cola team.


About the role/Team

Analytics & Measurement Market Associative Director role is focusing on driving global measurement l learning agenda for Europe, working with global Data& Measurement lead to define measurement & learning agenda, working with TCCC data sources and collaborating with various teams to produce deep-dive insights from media delivery data.



Ojbectives of the Role

The primary role is to implement measurement and learning agenda for Europe Operational Unit, analyse TCCC media performance and produce insights, learnings and benchmarks for main performance metrics.


The Associate Director will work closely with TCCC global Data & Measurement lead and local Europe client teams and ensure implementation and localisation of global measurement vision in Europe OU, driving learning process and analytics approach to media measurement. In this role you will also be involved into broader global Measurement and Analytics projects.


Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability


  • Implement global measurement, learning  & analytics frameworks for Europe across audience, technology & dynamic creative solutions for media;
  • Create brand reviews from insight & testing as to how to evolve media best practice which will also inform channel specific guidelines;
  • Provide expert opinion on channel and digital media measurement solutions to clients & account teams;
  • Co-write T&L plan with Insight Senior Analyst;
  • Collaborate on global measurement and analytics project;
  • Collaborate with audience strategist, measurement & digital leads to produce deep dive insight from media delivery data to inform TCCC media strategy;
  • Manage relationship with client’s team;
  • Work with broader global and Europe teams to build strategic measurement partnerships with TCCC preferred media partners to deliver best in class media measurement solutions in media;
  • Manage relationship with global reporting automation team to ensure smooth delivery of complimentary solutions;
  • Set automation & reporting strategy and roadmap;
  • Liaise with operations leads to integrate new tools into ways of working processes;
