Role: Campaign Manager
Department: Media
Reporting to: Head of Services/Agency Performance Lead
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Overview:
Manages the implementation, monitoring and optimization of Google, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linkedin, Twitter or any other media channel assigned by the Agency Performance Lead or Head of Services.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the implementation and configuration of campaigns;
- Optimizes campaigns across channels and delivery systems and inventory types to ensure they meet committed customer performance expectations;
- Monitors the progress of the campaign as agreed with the planners;
- Formulates requirements for tracking (including generating scripts and verifying script implementation on client sites);
- Manages reporting on campaign performance and performance indicators;
- Manages financial reporting using the CSS agency.
Education, skills and behaviours:
- Native Romanian;
- Ideally, a degree in computer science, mathematical economics, statistics or engineering
- 1+ years of experience on a similar role;
- Numerate and analytical;
- Proficient in English;
- PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Demonstrable account management skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Good analytical skills to identify consumer journey planning;
- Good target orientation e.g. very results driven, ability to work effectively to targets.
