Reports to: The Account Manager

 

 

The role

 

Working within the EU central client team in London, the core focus of the Senior Account Executive is to support with project management of the end-to-end delivery of adidas’ campaigns, working with the execution teams, Paid social, Programmatic and the local markets.

 

The Senior Account Executive manages all aspects of key adidas categories for Europe: Running, Football, Women’s, key retailer accounts (e.g. Footlocker and JD) and mid-funnel campaigns.

 

Our European adidas account team covers all EU markets with a dedicated digital execution hub that support local markets.

 

Accountabilities include:

  • The Senior Account Exec manages and coordinates all aspects of key retailer accounts (e.g. Foot locker and JD) with Account Exec’s support  
  • implement efficient ways of working within the team, as well as with hubs and local markets 
  • support on status meetings, ensure meetings are recorded and outcomes are assigned to the team and delivered in the timeframes agreed 
  • oversee the media planning tool, Lumina 
  • Manages finance queries as well as the PO Tracker 
  • spot check reports for accuracy and follow up with markets 
  • coordinate the reporting across multiple markets, globally 
  • keep clients up to date on top level campaign performance through the Dashboard 
  • help produce global post-campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews 
  • collaborate with regional and local teams to develop media landscape reports and competitive and forecasting analysis 
  • constantly feedback to line managers and the wider account team relating to risks that arise and may impact performance of campaign delivery 
  • build & sustain professional and collaborative working relationships with the agency and client team 
  • Drive adidas ethical media investing agenda together with the wider  team  
  • Manages and inspired Account executive
  • Manages mid-funnel (traffic generated campaigns)

 

A bit about your skills and experience:

 

  • have some digital media experience and knowledge of the wider channel mix 
  • be highly numerate with the skills to be able to analyse and provide commentary on campaign data 
  • be experienced in and passionate about the sporting, fashion and apparel sector 
  • have proven multiple market network experience 
  • have proven and demonstrable skills in growing relationships 
  • demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills 
  • be highly organised and be able to efficiently manage workload
