Role Summary and Impact

 We’re looking for an Audio & Video Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts - from budgeting and optimization to reporting on audio and video campaigns.
 
In this role, you’ll monitor and optimize campaigns against KPIs, support senior team members on high-tier accounts, and present insights that help drive client growth. You’ll independently manage small to mid-sized clients while collaborating on larger projects, always seeking feedback to refine your approach and apply best practices.
 
Your expertise will directly shape client success - ensuring campaigns run efficiently, deliver strong results, and uncover new opportunities. With a solid understanding of each client’s business and market, combined with creative problem-solving skills, you’ll help boost performance, profitability, and long-term satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

The skills and experience that will help you succeed in this role:

  • 2+ years’ experience in audio and video planning, marketing, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills to track, evaluate, and optimize performance
  • Proven experience managing small to mid-sized accounts independently
  • Solid grasp of media KPIs, budgeting, and campaign reporting
  • Proactive in identifying new opportunities beyond the current scope
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong collaborator with initiative to seek feedback and improve processes
