- Become familiar with each client brands and expectations.
- Understand current influencer and publisher partners/ vendors.
- Learn the internal workflow between planners, strategists, and influencer specialists.
- Ability to comprehend the brand brief properly.
- Comfortable researching and creating influencer recommendations.
- Develop a you KPI plan.
In six months:
- Able to create and run an influencer campaign from brief to report.
- Confident to collaborate with clients about plans and strategies that work with influencers and publishers.
- Comfortable talking to and presenting directly to clients when necessary.
- Propose or design a report that answers a brief and bring solutions to client and partners.
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e. peers, clients, partners).
- Develop reports and/or insights to clients when needed and/or at the end of the campaign.
- Initiate meetings with vendors, publisher representatives to introduce new service or capabilities.
- Educate internal team about influencer and publisher research/trends and its values.
In 12 months:
- Provide insight and good suggestions for running campaigns using influencers and publishers.
- Develop strategies and tactics that are new and cutting edge.
- Recommend the use of new tools to improve research and reporting capabilities.
- Identify business opportunities and strategy of influencer & publisher research
- Structure and manage the team to reach companies business goal
- Set up a vision for the team and established fun and productive team culture
- Have a strong reputation within GroupM and outside partners.
- Establish leadership role in influencer and publisher research.
What your day looks like at GOAT:
- Assist the Senior Managers in their daily task.
- Work on client strategies .
- Work on Goat data through our exclusive influencer tools.
- Manage creator data base on regular basis
- Support operations team in building client reports.
- Collaborate with creators and talent partners in the creative process for the campaign.
- Build monthly reports based on influencer data.
What you'll bring:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and ability to communicate.
- Ability to be organized and prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines.
- Basic understanding of influencers and marketing.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years relevant experience in influencer & publisher industry
- Client Service, able to manage client demands and able to have top level communication with client
- Understand influencer and publisher overall
- Have good experiences on handling Influencer marketing project.
- Knowledge of creative/media agency ecosystem.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
