Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.

 

We are currently looking for a Lead – Mindshare Creative Services (Fulcrum) to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up & leading Creative Services across Social media mandates, Fast moving Digital creatives, setting up Creative & Tech Stack to fuel Performance & Ecommerce channels for brands.

 

The candidate will also be responsible to liaise & work with the Branded Content & Strategy teams to provide expertise & support in the above areas.

 

The candidate will also manage newer streams like Brand Advocacy, Tool Tech Stack for Social Media management, ORM, Workflow Management, Social Analytics & Reporting for all Mindshare (Fulcrum) brands.

 

Other extended responsibilities will be to spot & create new biz opportunities across existing & new clients and position Mindshare (Fulcrum) as the Go-To agency for all social & digital creative services.

What your day job looks like:

       Creative Strategy and Solutions – Leading a team to create & deliver fast moving creative solutions across brands: Digital, Social, Performance, Ecom creatives.
       Strategic inputs on the overall content approach for brands and create disruptive creative solutions backed by strong consumer insights.
       Create & maintain a robust creative services partner ecosystem to deliver path-breaking solutions.
       Drive fame & fortune for both clients & agency alike.

What you will need to demonstrate:

A.    Creatives Services – Social & Digital Media
·         Experience in a top digital agency, content creation is a must!
·         Experience in communications development, social media management, creative planning & execution for digital campaigns and production process.
·         Experience in managing the business of content/creative with a rich body of award-winning work to back it up with.
·         Exposure to content deployment through programmatic, DCO, performance and ecommerce platforms an added advantage.
·         Domain expertise of all social media platforms from content creation to planning and page management.
·         Deep knowledge and experience with multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing
·         Monitor performance of each platform; identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
B.     Partner Ecosystem 
·         Working closely with content and strategy partners, across different category verticals, to create compelling consumer communication backed by strong insights.
·         Experience in dealing with external partner ecosystem & internal verticals a must.
C.    Technology
·         Integration of tech-led innovation and solutions
·         Experience with new-age tech platforms (AI, voice, web3, etc.) is also required.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
 
·         15-18 years of experience in creative services across social mandates, fast-moving digital creatives, and content production. 
·         Experience in managing mandates across Social Media Strategy, Large-scale digital content production for campaigns across large clients is preferred.
