YOUR TEAM
The Implementation & Activation (I&A) team is a dynamic, collaborative group responsible for delivering best-in-class planning and activation across traditional media channels. Fully embedded within client teams, we work closely with stakeholders to bring campaigns to life — from offline and digital media to sponsorships and analytics.
This particular role sits within one of our largest, most integrated teams, giving you exposure to major brand work and a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact  media partnerships such as the AFL.
 
We make a point of welcoming new team members with a buddy system. You'll be surrounded by a supportive structure of Coordinators, Managers, and Directors, with plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced peers across the business.
Team office days are typically Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Many team members choose to come in more often, and we’ve built strong rituals that help us stay connected, collaborate effectively, and genuinely enjoy the time we spend working together.
 
YOUR ROLE
Location: Melbourne
Depending on your start date, you could be collaborating on some AFL campaign management, implementation of a new and existing brand campaign, and overseeing key coordinator deliverables.
This client is very socially driven, and building a relationship at all levels is very important. They want their agency team to be excellent at media but also a load of fun to work with.
 
YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Whether you’re an experienced Coordinator ready to progress, or an existing Executive who’s keen to grow further in a new client patch, you’ll thrive in this role with a focus on attention to detail and great communication skills.
We also love curiosity, proactivity and people keen to learn.
If you’ve worked on big sporting code partnerships like the AFL, this is a massive plus and will fast track your onboarding.
This team utilise Excel, Powerpoint, SMD/Spectra, AQX and DCM/Campaign Manager.
Other platforms such as Dash8, BigDatr, DOMO and Move are ideal but we can train you up on these.
